Hada Labo: SHA Hydrating Lotion and Super Hyaluronic Acid Moist Eye Cream [Review]

What is it:

Product Rave: Kate High Coverage Pressed Powder UV and Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Facial Wash
I just love how I could talk about almost everything under the sun with L. From school, work, life and makeup. She's hooked on YouTube makeup/beauty tutorials like I am and we could totally relate to each other because we know/watch/read the same YouTube gurus and beauty bloggers.
L's Watsons haul consists of Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Facial Wash and Kate High Coverage pressed powder UV.
I thought that I would share about this product, Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Facial Wash that is highly-raved by L since it would be nice to get inputs from others apartf from me from time to time.
Both of us love sharing beauty tips, YouTube channels and beauty blogs that we find interesting with each other. I must say that we play an important role in influencing each other's purchase decision. This is evident because she got the Kate High Coverage pressed powder UV and she made me so tempted to get Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Facial Wash which I can't at the moment because I still have a few brand-new and unopened cleansers to finish. I will definitely try it once I have finish my other cleansers.
I hope you girls liked this post!

Patricia
Being modern ladies whom lead a hectic lifestyle, we only have that much time to get ready in the morning before we head to work or school. And because of that, most ladies tend to skip certain skincare or makeup steps.
My daily routine is really simple. My daily must-haves includes 5 items, namely Shiseido Perfect Whip foam, Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid lotion, Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer, Biore UV Moist Face milk and Tony Moly Crystal BB cream in Natural.
Step 1:
Shiseido Perfect Whip foam
I start my daily facial routine by cleansing my face with the Shiseido Perfect Whip foam that I lathered using my face wash net. When I first tried this cleanser out in the hotel which I was staying at Hong Kong, I kinda felt cheated because apparently, it doesn't foam well. It was only when I returned to Singapore that I realised that I need to use a face wash net to make it foam!
I like how creamy and foamy this cleanser is. You don't really need to use a lot of product each time to create enough foam for your entire face. Usually a size smaller than a 5-cent coin would create more than enough foam for my entire face. What I love about this cleanser is that it doesn't make your skin feel tightened after using it. In fact, I feel that it kinda moisturizes my face unlike other cleansers which strips my face of its natural oil. The scent is rather light and fresh which I like.

Step 2:
Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid lotion
After cleansing my face with Shiseido Perfect Whip foam, I would tone my face with Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid lotion by patting about 2-3 drops onto my face until it is fully absorbed. Click here for the video on how to pat the lotion onto your skin.
I really like Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid lotion and am currently using the second bottle that I bought. One bottle lasted me for quite long, say about 7 months. You could also use Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid as a facial mask by pouring it onto facial cotton pads and place it on your face. Its good for moisturizing and making your skin soft and supple!
Step 3:
Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer
As mentioned in one of my previous post, my favourite moisturizer is Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel. It is probably one of the only moisturizers that I can use during the day as it is light enough. I was quite hesistant to try out Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer initially because I thought that it would be akin to Aquamoist C Whitening Cream which is impossible to wear in the day because it feels sticky and thick at the same time.
Hence, I only tried out Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer only after their other two products, 24hr Hydrating Instant Recovery Serum and 24hr Hydrating Detox-White Night Jelly impressed me. And boy, I was so surprised that it did not feel sticky at all. In fact, it is rather lightweight and it is easily absorbed into my skin! In fact, the texture felt more like a lotion rather than gel which kind of reminds me of the highly-raved, H2O+ Face Oasis™ Ultra Hydrator Oil Free Moisturizer that was recommended in the famous Taiwan variety show, Nu Ren Wo Zui Da. It also comes with a spatula for hygiene purposes. Personally, I find it rather convenient.
Ever since then, I have been using Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer after toning my face prior to sunscreen application.

Step 4:
Biore UV Moist Face milk
If you remember, I mentioned that one of the ways to fight aging to to apply sunblock everyday in one of my previous post.
For me, I apply sunblock without fail everyday. I think its necessary to protect my face from the harmful rays of the sun. I really like this sunscreen because it provides a powdery finish. I find that it keeps my face matt and I don't have to blot my face that much when I apply this. The best part is that it doesn't sting unlike the Neutrogena Fine Fariness Brightening UV Lotion that does when I apply it on the area near my eye.

Step 5: (optional)
Tony Moly Crystal BB cream in Natural
You will be surprised, but I have been wearing lesser makeup these days. Reason being - I am more into skincare these days. If you were to compare our face to a painting, proper skincare is essential as having a good piece of drawing canvas. Without a good piece of drawing canvas, no expensive paint would create a good piece of drawing.
On those days when I need a more coverage, I would apply Tony Moly Crystal BB cream as it has the most natural color among all my BB creams. If not I will stop at sunblock.
That's all for my post on my daily top 5 must-have products. Notice that I only focused on skincare? Well, that is because I intend to let you girlies tell me what would you love to read/see next on my Top 5 Must-have column. Just comment in my tagboard or my Formspring if you have any ideas alright?
Hope you like this post!

Patricia
Disclaimer: All products were purchased by me, except for Heme 24hr Hydrating Face moisturizer and Tony Moly Crystal BB cream which were sent to me for review purposes.
I am happy to say that I haven't been spending much on makeup and skincare lately. Probably its due to the fact that I haven't been shopping much lately. Most of the time, when I head out with my lovelies, we are always dining and catching up on each other's lives.
So what made me do a haul post? One of my readers, Mia asked me if I could show my readers what I buy so that they could make reference to and better still, provide reviews on them. While I wasn't really sure that I could be so much of an influence or rather, opinion leader, I am still very happy to know that there are readers whom purchase products after reading my positive review. Mia told me that she got Chanel Rouge Coco Lipstick and Koji Double Eyelid Glue after reading my review on it. While I do blog about beauty products for the fun of it initially, I wasn't really expecting that much. But I am certainly happy to see an increase in visitors to my blog, as well as the number of beauty questions you girls have asked on my FormSpring. Keep it going girlies! Thank you for your support!
1) Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque
I had wanted to get this from Drugstore.com a long time ago but I hated the waiting part. So guess how excited and delighted I was when I saw this while I'm out shopping with my Mom. It might cost a little more than if I were to get it from the US. But wait, who cares when there is instant gratification? Plus, I wanted a smaller tube to try out first.
According to Makeupalley.com, this masque reduces swelling of pimples and lightens pimple scars.
What I liked about it was that it is very cooling and refreshing. However, the texture felt like clay. I would have to try it a few more times to give a more comprehensive review though.
2) Canmake Eyelash Curler
I tend to get very frustrated when my normal eyelash curler cannot reach all of my lashes. And so I bought this hoping that I would be able to curl all of my lashes, including my lower lashes. I haven't really gotten down to using this because I am always in a rush and when I am, I just apply my Maybelline Unstoppable Mascara and curl my lashes with a heated mascara which saves much more time.
3) Canmake Jewelstar Eyes in 09
I love neutral colored eyeshadows so imagine how excited I am when I saw this. I might be more into matte shadows, but the glittering effect this eyeshadow had just caught my eye. Its so pretty. I always wear this shadow alone, or with MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved.
4) Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Lotion
I bought this because my Mom said that she needed a new bottle of toner and also partly because, I kept reading that its a major hit in Japan with one bottle being sold every 4 seconds. Wow, that's impressive, ain't it? Plus, I have heard and used Hyaluronic Acid Masks from The Face Shop before and I know how moisturizing it is.
Its definitely not your usual toner, because its much thicker and it takes more time for it to be absorbed into your skin. However, if you do slowly pat it on with your hand, it would make your skin very soft.
I like the fact that it is alcohol-free. No more tightness!
5) Canmake Cream Cheek in 06
Cream blushers really fascinates me. After how the Canmake cream eyeshadow impressed me, I am even more determined to try out their cream cheek. I had wanted to get a more coral looking one initially but when I swatched all my hand. Canmake Cream Cheek in 06 which looked very brownish actually gave a golden coral glow and I knew I had to get it for it was so pretty. I am alternating this and my Majolica Majorca Blush in 255 currently. Yet another favourite of mine.
After doing this post, I realised that I am really getting into Canmake. First, it was their nail polish, then lipgloss, eyeshadow, eyelash curler and now blusher. I wonder what's next!
I hope you girlies liked this post! Feel free to ask me any questions and I will try my very best to answer them.
A question for you (my readers) before I end my post-
How to make my blog a more interactive one?
