Located at the burstling Toa Payoh Central, Beauty Perfect is a one-stop beauty salon offering beauty services ranging from facial treatments, slimming and detox treatments, eyelash extensions as well as manicure and pedicure.
The facial treatment rooms are located on the 2nd floor, they have lockers where you can store your belongings.
Prior to the session, I changed into the facial gown provided.
The living cells facial treatment started off with a welcome massage, followed by cleansing the face with cleansing lotion and peeling. The dermabrasion water peel was complemented by sodium chlorine which contains antiseptic properties. It felt very cooling, as though as there's a water hose spraying on my face.
Thereafter, goat embryo rejuvenating living cell essence which is very popular with Hong Kong stars is applied onto the face before massaging with goat embryo rejuvenating moisturizer and topped off with crystal gel mask which feels very cooling on the face.

My facial therapist did the dermabrasion water peel on the left side of my face first so that I could compare the difference between the before and after effects of the treatment. As you can see, my complexion looked brighter and my skin looked more plumped up on the left side as compared to the right.
After the living cells facial treatment, I noticed a visible lifting effect particularly on my eyes and cheeks area. My complexion also looked brighter. My skin also felt so much smoother and softer! If there's a reason why I liked Living Cells Treatment so much, it has to be the fact that even though my therapist did extractions for me, the redness and swelling after the facial treatment is very minimal.
Another therapist did navel candling for me concurrently. First, she applied ginger massage oil on my tummy area and massaging it before lighting the candle and continuing with the massage.
Navel candling feels warm. During the process of navel candling, I heard quite a fair bit of noise coming from my stomach during the process. My therapist told me that it was due to the fact that I have got 'air' in my tummy.
After the session, my therapist showed me the inside of the candle which was dark brown and she told me those were the toxins in my body!
I did a bit of reading and it is said that navel candling can help to reduce water retention, help with bloated stomach and constipation.
