We were walking around Ximending 西門町, near the vicnity of Red House Theatre and Ximending Police Station because we were told that there are some good breakfast places around there. At the same time, we were trying to locate one of the best braised meat rice (滷肉飯 / lu rou fan). After walking around and asking for directions (the uncles and aunties in Taiwan are really helpful, they try their best to help even if they aren't sure), we ended up at JSP 甲尚宝小吃店 for breakfast.
